Producing Artistic Director - Miriam Weisfeld

Miriam Weisfeld is a creative producer and dramaturg who has developed new shows for Broadway and major regional productions. She was the original dramaturg to launch the creative development of: The Outsiders (Broadway; 12 Tony Award nominations including Best New Musical, Best Book of a Musical, and Best Original Score); An American Tail (pre-Broadway engagement at CTC Minneapolis in May 2023); Clue (national tour); and Something Happened in Our Town (a multi-generational play about racial justice at CTC Minneapolis, in partnership with CBS affiliate WCCO). She supported the development of The SpongeBob SquarePants Musical (Broadway); Junk (Lincoln Center Theatre); and Eclipsed (Broadway). Additionally, she dramaturged the world premieres of Mr. Burns: a post-electric play (#4 on the New York Times’ list of “The 25 Best American Plays Since Angels in America.”); Bootycandy (Obie Award Special Citation); Stupid Fucking Bird (one of American Theatre Magazine’s top ten most produced plays of 2016); and many more. Administrative positions include Senior Vice President at the Araca Group in New York City and Associate Artistic Director at Woolly Mammoth Theatre in Washington, DC. MFA, American Repertory Theatre/Moscow Art Theatre School Institute at Harvard University.

Tracey Sullivan is a seasoned theater professional with a rich and diverse background in production, design, and administration. Having studied at St. Michael's College and Parsons School of Design, Tracey began her professional career on Broadway, working on acclaimed productions such as Wicked, The Lion King, The Drowsy Chaperone, and The Color Purple. Her work later extended to regional theaters across the Northeast, where she collaborated with a wide range of artists and organizations to develop productions and support vibrant local theater communities. Since 2019, she has served as Managing Director of Adirondack Theatre Festival (ATF), bringing extensive hands-on experience and creative insight to the organization. With a deep passion for the performing arts, Tracey continues to champion innovative storytelling and behind-the-scenes craft, blending artistic vision with strategic leadership.

A Glens Falls native with deep roots in the local theatre community, Olivia Dybas is thrilled to return to Adirondack Theatre Festival for another exciting season—this time as the Marketing and Sales Associate. Having previously worked with ATF in 2021 as an Executive Assistant Intern and in 2022 as the Company Manager, she brings a strong understanding of ATF’s mission and a genuine passion for its continued success.

Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Cornell University, where she was a proud member of the Cornell University Chorus, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Adirondack. Since graduating, she’s been sharpening her marketing skills, contributing to creative campaigns and community outreach initiatives.

Growing up on the stages of Glens Falls High School, The Wood Theater, and of course, ATF itself, Olivia has a lifelong love for theatre and a heartfelt connection to the region. Returning to ATF feels like coming home, and she couldn’t be happier to give back to the festival and the community that helped shape her.
